Payments Due April 1st

Just a reminder that payments are due April 1st! Two families have already paid in full...Thank you Larry and Jessica and Dad and Mom! See below for what you owe...or call me!

Keep in mind this is totals: Each of you have already paid at least $100 of the totals below...

INFORMATION: Finances, dates, etc.

Hi Family! I am happy to say that I have finally gotten the finances worked out now that the reunion location and dates have changed. As I'm sure you all suspected the financial part changed due to location and date change. Below you will find updated financial information:

Location: Bear Lake Tree House

Date: July 1-5

The cost breakdown is as follows:

Lodging: $7,650

Food: $1,800

Gas & Misc. $400 (T-shirts, incidentals, etc.)

Total: $9,850

We have used the $1,000 from Grandma for Christmas; $2,000 leftover from last reunion, and Dad and Mom paid the $500 extra because of this falling on the 4th of July. This brings the total to $6,350.

Pictures will be taken on June 30th...so please be sure to fly in no later than Friday night...we would really LOVE for everyone to be here for the pictures. I will let you know what time the pictures will be taken later....we are shooting for late morning or late afternoon. The pictures will be $650 which breaks down to $65 per family...this $ is added onto the amount that each person owes below.

Here is how the cost per family is broken down:

Utah: Dad & Mom, Jenni & Jason, Scott & Jenny, Kim & Aaron, Paul & Marcia, Kent & Stacy: $965

Keith: $175

Outside Utah: Michelle: $130

Becky & Dennis, Larry & Jessica, Lynette & Adam: $305
